High-Speed Separation

High-speed separation represents a modern technological process used in industry for fast and precise sorting, cutting, or material division. Thanks to a combination of high performance, sensitive sensors, and intelligent control, these systems can process thousands of items per minute while maintaining high accuracy and minimal error rates.

The technology is based on continuous monitoring of material movement, analysis of its properties, and subsequent immediate intervention using air jets, mechanical flaps, or laser cutting. This way, it is possible to efficiently separate individual pieces according to size, shape, quality, or material.
